ADI Tongda-Cup Software-Defined Radio Competition

The ADI Tongda Cup Software-Defined Radio (SDR) Competition is an innovation-focused competition for university students in China in the fields of software-defined radio and intelligent wireless communications.

Participating teams leverage software-defined radio platforms such as the ADI PlutoSDR to develop and implement solutions in cutting-edge areas including wireless communications, signal processing, and artificial intelligence. The competition emphasizes a complete “From Model to Prototype” development workflow, encouraging students to use engineering tools such as MATLAB and Simulink for system modeling, AI algorithm development, and Over-the-Air (OTA) testing and validation. Through this process, students develop the innovation, engineering, and system-level design skills required for future 6G and intelligent communication systems.

To support participating teams, MathWorks provides complimentary MATLAB software, learning resources, and technical training, helping students transform theoretical knowledge into practical engineering capabilities.

Complimentary Software

MathWorks provides complimentary software and self-paced online training for this competition. If your team is participating in this competition and needs software, or access to online training fill out the software request form.
