Error 353 and error 1616 indicate that there are no additional activations available on the license in question. To activate MATLAB using this license, you will need to deactivate at least one existing activation. Please see the article below on how to deactivate.
How do I deactivate MATLAB?
If you are still receiving error 353 or 1616 but do not see any activations listed in the License Center, this may mean that your administrator performed the activations and the admin will need to deactivate them.

The default activation label (if you do not edit it) is one of the MAC addresses, for all Mac and Linux systems, and for all recent MS Windows releases. With sufficiently old MS Windows installations, the default activation label was the disk serial number.

Hello. I try to install MATLAB on my computer and it says that no more activations are available. Previously I had Matlab installed on 2 computers, but then deleted it on one of them. I can not understand, what is the problem now... I am using Student Version R2016a. Could you please help me?

Hi Artem, this means that your MATLAB license is activated to the maximum number of computers it's allowed to. Please deactivate one of the computers in order to activate onto a new computer. This link walks you through the deactivation process.
