Do I have access to MATLAB Online during my license's expiry grace period?

MATLAB Online is accessible during the license expiry grace period. If your license is a term license with a grace period, you will have access to MATLAB Online during the grace period before you finish renewing your license.

Note: MATLAB Online only contains the newest version of MATLAB, and a license that is not renewed only has access to their previous versions of MATLAB. If the grace period coincides with a MATLAB release then you will not have access to MATLAB Online during this time.

I have a perpetual license from the 2019b release. MATLAB online access is not as perpetual as the license?

I have unsuccessfully tried to link my license number with my account @ https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter/licenses/add_for_doc?uri=https://matlab.mathworks.com/&name=MATLAB%20Online

Should I renew to get access to MATLAB online and MATLAB Drive?
