Parece que no. De acuerdo a los Terminos de Uso de MATLAB:
1. License Options
1.1. Individual License Option
(i) The Individual License Option provides for use of Programs by a single
Named User.
(ii) A Named User may install the Programs on up to four (4) different
Computers but may not use a Program on more than two (2) Computers
simultaneously, except that Student and Home Licenses are limited to a
single Computer.

"that Student and Home Licenses are limited to a single Computer."
Limitado el "uso" o la "instalación"? no me queda claro

Student and Home licenses can only be activated on one computer at a time, and you can only change which one computer at most 4 times per year.
R2020a changed the installation procedure so that it asks for the activation information first instead of at the end. In earlier releases it was possible to run the installation and then stop just before doing the activation, so you could end up with software that was installed but not activated; that is more difficult now.
Some students report they have been able to activate on two computers, whereas other students report they have only been able to activate on one computer. The official answer for Student licenses is that you can only activate on one.
There might be some confusion with licenses provided to students by universities, under a Total Academic Headcount (TAH) license. TAH licenses are technically Academic licenses not Student licenses, and Academic licenses can be activated on two computers simultaneously (but only in use on one at a time.)
