The maximum step size in mean-square sense,

following equation:

sum*(λ)* –– Sum of the eigenvalues of the input auto
correlation matrix.

*λ*max –– Maximum eigenvalue of the input auto
correlation matrix.

*Kurt* –– Average kurtosis value of
eigenvector-filtered signals.
