Any information about RS485 in MATLAB?

Hi,

I wish to use RS485 instead of RS232 to send serial data out from MATLAB GUI to microcontrollers. Because I have to control 6 microcontrollers. Can anyone please guide me from where I can refer to or get more information? Does MATLAB can support RS485? Better than RS232? Thank you.

Ya, I read already. But I need more detail information for example the coding in MATLAB to send a command through RS232. It is same as sending through serial port? No change in the programming codes but just the cable use RS485 instead of RS232? But as I know we need to send an address to specific which microcontroller/slave that the output command planning to reach.
