- The Host ID tied to the product in your license does not match the Host ID that the Network License Manager recognizes from your computer. Host IDs can either be a MAC address or IP address.
- The Host ID used in the SERVER line of the license file on the Network License Manager is incorrect.

You are seeing this error either because...
To determine the Host ID that the Network License Manager recognizes from your computer, in the log file, look for the section with the header "=== Host Info ===". Make sure that the products in your license are generated with a recognized Host ID.
If you need to generate a new license file, click the link below and follow the directions from the section reading "Step 1. Download License File".
Install License Manager on License Server
If you are using a redundant/triad server, your license file must reflect that it is tied to 3 different Host IDs. To generate a license file for this setup, click the link below and follow the directions from "Section 3: Generating the License File".
