What is square Hankel matrix?

Dear all,
How can we get a square Hankel matrix of (s x s) from a specified matrix of (n x m)?
where:
n = representing the number of channels in signals.
m = representing the data length of signal.
s = representing the new dimension of the Hankel matrix.

Thank you for your answer. The page you refer is about a square hankel matrix from a vector. However, my interest was to get a square matrix from non square matrix.
