can't save a any simulink model

I get this error on saving any new simulink models I try to create in MATLAB R2018b or R2019b

It was any model I was trying to save, empty or having some blocks of libraries for the hardware I was using.

Do you get an error even on an empty model that contains no blocks?

With that empty model open, try running the following command. Will "blk" be empty?

blk = find_system(bdroot(gcs),'FindAll','on','type','block')
