Unable to load help page in MATLAB

Hi,
The help page for most commands are either blank or in plain text without correct formatting. I tried to Sign In but the button gives no response.
For the blank page, following error codes are shown.

BTW, I have no problem with Matlab on Windows.
I'm using Matlab on Windows 10 and catching old fashioned help page and crash report.
If possible plz try to upgrade to Matlab 2020a and see if problems persist. Though personally I don't think it should matter.
