Why am I getting **Illegal use of reserved keyword "else"** in the following assessment block?

I am writting assessment for simulink test sequence using "when decomposition". I want to verify outputs only in few conditions but i have to use "else" statement otherwise it gives another error. Can someone tell why I am getting error for the below condition.
