Can I calculate Sampling frequency from below information?

I am new to matlab thing and will need bit help.

Can I have sampling frequency from below lines?

N = 1000;

time = 1: 1: N;
time = (450e-9) * time / N;

Note that it would be common for time to start at 0, in which case you would want 0:1:N-1 instead of 1:1:N

Your sampling period T= (450e-9)/ N and hence the sampling frequency is 1/T.
