How to speed up an app using classes and functions?

Hi everyone, happy new year!

I'm making an app (using figure, uicontrol, uipanel, etc). I have a Class that is the "Main function". In this class I have all the functions for running the app. For now the code has almost 900 lines and something like 20 functions. I could rewrite some functions as classes and call them in the "main class". My question is if my code would run faster by splitting the main class in many other classes.

No, classes are slower than non-class functions.
