Failed to download the third-party software versio 2019 b

I ma trying to download/install MinGW 6.3.0 from MinGW-w64.org, however the following error is generated:

Download Error

Failed to download the third-party software:

MinGW 6.3.0 from MinGW-w64.org

This is required by:

MATLAB Support for MinGW-w64 C/C++ Compiler

There is a way to workaround it, but it ssems to be valid only for erlier Matlab versions. Any suggestion how to install MinGW MinGW in Matlab 2019b?
