Is it possible to use Dynare with Matlab Online R2019a?
If positive, how should be done?

It can't at this moment as dynare is third party toolbox

I had a short look at Dynare. It looks like it would require building a number of packages from source in order to use it on MATLAB Online. When I checked to see which tools were available on MATLAB Online, it looked to me as if it just might be possible. It would, however, require editing some configuration files, as it looked like it wanted some packages to be installed in places in MATLAB Online that users would not have write access to.
So at the moment, I would not say it was impossible, but it looked like it would be a number of hours work if it is possible at all.
