Hi
i'm using Matlab HDL Coder to create a vhdl code from my matlab code. it works but it doesn't create inputs for clock & reset signals. can anybody help?

Does your MATLAB code have states? You need to have some state in the MATLAB code to have resets and clocks.
This is an example of how to geenrate HDL code from MATLAB. You may also want to try to create a Simulink model and geenrate HDL code from that model.

Thank you for answering. i don't know what you mean from states here. but i expected that it will use clock signal for any code because usually all digital circuit works with a clock signal.
and also i didn't know that using simulink model that does the same work may results different. I'll try it. thank you so much!
