Can I make a professional software using GUI? Or there are other ways to develop a software for PC using matlab?

Depends on what you mean by professional . If you want internationalization and handling of multiple monitors with different display resolutions and you want the user to be able to drag and resize panels and have the graphics reflow ... these things are not easy to do well on matlab .

If you are using R2019a, App Designer offers multiple new features that may be of interest to you
- 2 and 3 column automatically reflowing apps
- Grid Layout managers
- Auto resizing of components when the app both grows and shrinks (new in R2019a)
- Image component
