HDL Sinusiod with phase offset and variable frequency

Hello everybody,
i try to setup a model with a sinus generator for HDL with variable frequncy. That works so far. But trying to add a phase offset is a problem.
One idea was to use delays with the current period as inputs so that the delay changes with frequency. When i try to generate the HDL code, there occures the error of the delay must be set via dialog. But a constant delay will change the phase-offset when changing the frequency?!
Does anyone has an idea about this?
Also the acceleration of the frequency is done via the multiplication of two counters which is the input for the HDL sin. Is there a more convenient way?

You may be able to use the HDL Optimized NCO to meet your needs.
