When you order the IEC Certification Kit product or get a trial version of it ( https://www.mathworks.com/products/iec-61508.html ), we have enclosed an original copy of the certificate as an .pdf file.
To get a preview of the ISO 26262 certificate from Mathworks please following these links to get more details:
please enter "MathWorks" keyword in the search bar of the TUV SUD page:

You'll probably have to contact MathWorks directly to get the certification you seek. Click the "Contact Us" on the top right of this page, and ask for Technical Support.
Most of us in the forum do not work for MathWorks. MathWorks employees have a blue "Staff" icon next to their ID in the forum.

My understanding is that you are checking for ISO26262 certification for the products we offer code generation and model verification.
Please find the below information of TUV SUD certificates at mathworks.
Embedded Coder®, Simulink® model verification tools, and Polyspace® code verification tools are certified by TÜV SÜD as qualified tools according to ISO 26262 for ASIL A-D.
Moreover, list of products supporting ISO26262 using IEC Certification Kit are in the below link:
IEC Certification Kit provides tool qualification artifacts, certificates, and test suites, and generates traceability matrices.
I hope the above information helps you.

Hi Karthik (or other Mathworks expert) -
Please clarify - is the Embedded Coder already certified, or qualified, for ASIL D under ISO26262?
Or are there some steps the user must do to achieve that qualification level?
I can see there is a qualification kit, but it is not clear to me what must be done to complete the qualification, for the Embedded Coder tool.
Appreciate any clarification.
