Could anyone help me why the following command shows an error

Could anyone help me why the following command shows an error combinat::bell(4) if i run the command it shows Unexpected MATLAB operator. Could anyone please help me on this.

You are trying to invoke a MuPAD routine as if it were a MATLAB routine.

You should use something like

feval(symengine, 'combinat::bell', 4)

ok.If i use the above command feval(symengine, 'combinat::bell', 4) it gives the answer as 15. Could you please help me how to find what are those 15 combinations for 4.
