why do i receive Licensing error -18,147?

I am getting the following problems
License path:
C:\Users\JOJUNHEE\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2014a_licenses;C:\Users\JOJUNHEE\Desktop\etc\licenses\license.dat;C:\Users\JOJUNHEE\Desktop\etc\licenses\network.lic
Licensing error: -18,147.
