reducing the quality of image

I have an image ,in which i want to decrease the quality of an image ,please help

circshift() the image.
zero random bits in the image.
Add green noise to the image.
xor the image with an image of Alfred E. Newman.
Have the image watch "reality TV" or political debates for hours on end.
