How are License Administrators Notified When I Change an Administrator on a License?

When an Administrator is added or removed from a license, a confirmation email will be sent to every Administrator on that license including the individual that was added or removed.  This confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of the change.

If you are not currently an Administrator, please contact the existing Administrator(s) for assistance.

To be added as a new Administrator, the contact must already have a MathWorks Account and have the same Email Domain of an existing Administrator. A MathWorks Account can be created by following this link:
