How can I reset my account information ?

Hello,

I had Matlab working on an old computer and I changed recently. I would like to transfer Matlab from the old computer to the new one.

But when I try to activate it, I have this error message : "Error -9 : username does not match the username in the license file."

Someone has an idea why it is not working ?
