How to find doppler shift in MATLAB using a WAV. file?

I have recieved signal from a weather satellite using SDR, and now we are supposed to find the doppler shift in this signal using MATLAB. SDR gives us the complete frequency pattern as wav. file, however I do not know to read the doppler shift after integrating that file to MATLAB.

Any ideas on this issue?

Unfortunately, no. We couldn't manage to solve this problem due to lack knowledge on signal processing, therefore we changed our methodology.

We "assumed" we are getting the proper doppler shift data, and proceeded the project accordingly.
