On ramp wont work

I have Matlab and have logged in using my mathworks acc. but when I try to access onramp to learn how to use Matlab it says "there are no MATLAB resources available". I'm not sure what to do. It keeps retrying every 5-10 seconds or so, but to no avail.

The MATLAB Onramp course is complimentary with your purchase of MATLAB. if your mathworks account is not associated with a license you cannot access onramp course

MATLAB Onramp is free for everyone. You do not need to associate to a MATLAB license to access MATLAB Onramp.
The original issue described in the question was probably related to internet connectivity or temporary service interruption.

check license association
*Go to mathwork account profile
* Ensure your account is actually associated with a valid license
* If you are using a university or company licenses, make sure you have used your institution email address

The Answer from the staff member @Chaitanya Chitale indicates that association with a MATLAB license is not required to use Onramp. If that Answer is correct, then checking license association is not relevant for this issue.
