MATLAB service companies for compiling exectuables

Hello,

I'm currently looking for some kind of Matlab service companies who offer special services concerning matlab toolboxes. The background of my question is the use of the mcc-function to compile an already finished Matlab project. The toolbox is very expensive (twice the price of the basic Matlab) for a company and I would only use the mcc to compile an executable file of my project and in future maybe up to ten times a year, probably less.

Do the general terms and conditions of Mathworks allow such a kind of service? Are there any regulation that hold against such action?

And If there are such service companies, how to find them (especially for Germany)? Maybe you some of you might know such company.
