Unable to install MinGW-w64 compiler 4.9.2

I have attached the error msg that I rec'd when attempting to install the MinGW-w64 compiler 4.9.2. Please advise to error resolution and successful installation.

This may be caused by insufficient space in your %TEMP% directly. You might try clearing some items in the directly. Also the following Answers post may be relevant. If you continue to have trouble, please contact Technical Support.
