No control systems toolbox in 2010a student

I downloaded and activated my 2010a student release and I have no control system toolbox functions...

EDU>>feedback ??? Undefined function or variable 'feedback'.

No cloop command, etc...I don't seem to have the symbolic math set either.

Were these included? How do I get the control systems toolbox to function? Is there a path that needs set?

Control Systems Toolbox and Symbolic Math should be available in the 2010a Student Version, but you may have to specifically select them at installation time.

An incomplete download resulted in the package not installing. Conducting another download and subsequent re-install fixed the issue.
