Identification of a camera

Hi,

I want to acquire images from Matlab and perform about them image processing. I work with IDS camera and I tried to identify the camera by using "imaqtool" command but Matlab can detect only the web camera. I also tried to connect with Basler camera, but I still could not recognize even the Basler camera. What can I do?
