Error 354: No more machine transfers available.

I have upgraded my laptop. After up-gradation when I re-installed Matlab I have got "Error 354: No more machine transfers available." What should I do next?

You should contact Mathworks support.
The Terms of Use place a limit on the number of times you are allowed to transfer the licenses between machines in a time period. If you exceed that limit you may get the error you indicate.
There are some hardware upgrades that may cause MATLAB to think that you are using a different computer.
For OS-X and for Linux it is based upon ethernet MAC addresses, and so can change if you altered ethernet devices. That is a bit more difficult to do with OS-X, but it can be a definite problem with Linux. There is also an issue with Linux having to do with changes some versions of Linux make to the naming of ethernet devices.
If memory serves me, for MS Windows, the hardware address used might be tied to the hard drive serial number, in which case upgrading the drive could lead to problems.
