Is it possible that you were using a DEMO license? You need to delete old demo licenses or else they continue to be used until the end of the demonstration period.

Also, to check: You quit MATLAB and re-started it?

Yes, I quit MATLAB and re-stared it. Even though, it does not work.

R2026a Pre-release licenses expire within a small number of days, because the actual R2026a release is due to be launched within a small number of days -- most likely this afternoon at about 15:00 Eastern Time, but possibly Thursday or Friday.
