Unable to access the matlab iso

I need to access the Matlab 2020a iso but i dont have an option to download or access the iso. I have the FIK for the install. Accessing the install online is not an option. Please advise.

Only the account adminstrator and the account technical contact generally have access to download ISO. If you are working with a company or a university then you might need to get the IT staff to download the ISO for you.
