How do I update my annual home subscription to a individual subscription

I just purchased a home annual subscription, but it looks like the mixed signal blockset is not available for it. I would like to upgrade to an individual license but it isn't clear if I can do that without getting credit for the home license I won't be needing.

If you purchased the Home subscription within the last 30 days, you can get a refund for it.
