MATLAB login not working after Organization window closes

I've seen other people have issues with the organization login window not opening at all, but this is a separate issue. The window opens and lets me login no problem, gives a log in successful message and then closes the window to return to the matlab sign in, where it gets stuck in a seemingly infinite stall loop (pictured below). I've let it go for more than 3 hours with no progress, it'll just sit and loop until i close force quit the application.

I'm running Sequoia 15.5 on an M2 mac and have had this issue with both R2025a and R2025b. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both MATLAB itself and the Mathworks Service Host, but nothing has worked. I've been able to use the single-use code to login, but it's super inconvenient to have to do that every time I open the application.

Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

Please reach out to Support - we should be able to get to the bottom of this. When it is fixed, you should not need to sign in every time you launch MATLAB.
