Prevent "any Matlab service" from loading on Windows 11 startup.

Por casualidad, al tener problemas con la red de fibra de casa, me ha saltado que Matlab, a pesar de tenerlo deshabilitado, no puede conectarse. Tengo licencia oficial (la personal), pero solo quiero usar Matlab cuando lo necesite, y no qquiero que me robe recursos continuamente del pc.

Alguien me puede decir como quitarlo absolutamente del arranque y de la memoria??

By chance, while having problems with my home fiber optic network, I noticed that Matlab, despite having it disabled, couldn't connect. I have an official license (the personal one), but I only want to use Matlab when I need it, and I don't want it to continually drain my PC's resources.

Can anyone tell me how to completely remove it from startup and memory?
