Why do I get an error downloading documentation for an offline computer?

I'm trying to install Matlab documentation for an offline computer. Using the instructions here:

https://www.mathworks.com/help/install/ug/install-documentation-on-offline-machines.html

I select my platform (MacOS, Apple Silicon), and click the download button. I get a page that says "Not found". I'm using Safari on a Mac.

Is this a known problem?

This is a known issue.

I'm surprised they have not fixed it yet.
