pcsegdist speed comparing with C++ pcl EuclideanC​lusterExtr​action

i am processing pointcloud(about 60000 points) for object detection ,i tried my demo on matlab and found pcsegdist finished clustering with 6 segments for about 20ms. then i implement my demo on C++, i used EuclideanClusterExtraction to segment the same pointcloud ,and it takes 120ms to finish.id wonder why and how to speed up EuclideanClusterExtraction to 20ms level.

Note that pcsegdist will use GPU if one is available.
