Hi Caishu,
When running MATLAB in -nodesktop -nosplash -nojvm mode, only the MATLAB command window is displayed.
To change the font size in the MATLAB command window use Ctrl+Mouse Scroll for windows, while on macOS systems, use Command+Mouse Scroll.

When running MATLAB in -nodesktop -nosplash -nojvm mode, no graphics command input window or output window is created. Instead, the window used is plain text, using the same font as the window that was used to invoke MATLAB.
In MacOS, to adjust the font, you would already be within Terminal, so use Terminal -> Settings -> Profiles -> Text, and adjust the Font setting.

thanks for your reply, I use 2019b in Windows. I can only set fonts in desktop mode, it doesn't work when outside desktop

If you go to the Properties of cmd.exe then there is a fonts tab to allow you to set the font.
However, there does not appear to be much choice at all.
The process is similar if you are using Powershell instead of cmd.exe https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42039488/how-to-change-font-on-powershell
