How SLXP file prevents reversal?
Show older comments
I have read about the .slxp files available in Matlab, but I am wondering how they are different, exactly, from a DLL file. Since a DLL is reversible with the right tools, what, exactly, prevents a .slxp file from being reversed? I am referring to the case where a .slxp file along with its password is somehow released, what mechanisms within the .slxp format prevent reversal?
Thanks

The user is probably referring to slxp files https://www.mathworks.com/help/hdlcoder/ug/protected-model-included-files.html
