I can't open the example on matlab simulink

Why can't I open the sample code file in matlab simulink to control the motor in real time using F28379D microcontroller using ANN algorithm? When I try to find a way to open the file, I can't, while matlab has an example file.

That example is new as of R2024b.

You do not mention which MATLAB release you are using, but there is a significant chance you are using an earlier release.

I am currently using matlab version 2024a, if I reinstall version 2024b, will I be able to open this matlab example file?

If you install R2024b including Simulink, Motor Control Blockset, and Deep Learning Toolbox, then you will be able to execute the example.
