MathWorks does not specifically test Windows Enterprise long-term servicing channel (LTSC) releases (previously known as long-term servicing branch, or LTSB). However, you can refer to the following Microsoft Learn page for a summary of equivalent feature update versions of Windows Enterprise LTSC and general Windows releases:

For example, MATLAB supports Windows 10 21H2 or higher starting from version R2023b, which is equivalent to "Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021".
