Will self-written exe application run on GPU on other PC?

Assume that I already have deep learning tool box & parallel computing toolbox on my own PC, and I write a deep-learning application with GUI that can be run on GPU on this PC. Now if I compile it into a package and install it on another PC (with supported GPU but without MATLAB), will the deep learning model in the application be able to run on GPU or not? Or is there anything to do to make sure it will run on GPU? (e.g., an automated segmentation software)

Yes, if your other PC has a supported GPU your application will run on it. Isn't MATLAB great?!

Note:

If you are using double precision on the gpu, then the double precision performance can be very different between models. The models marked "Ti" often have much better double precision performance than the same model that is not "Ti".
