Why can I not install the support package Deep Learning Toolbox Interface for TensorFlow Lite on Windows for MATLAB R2022a?

When trying to download the support package "Deep Learning Toolbox Interface for TensorFlow Lite" in MATLAB R2022a on Windows, I get shown an error saying "The support package is not compatible with your version of MATLAB or operating system." However, the compatibility for this support package shows it should be compatible with R2022a and Windows. Why can I not install the support package?

The support package is only available on Windows for MATLAB releases R2022b and newer. It is available on Linux for MATLAB releases R2022a and newer.
