Show older comments
When I bought the program Matlab&simulink student version a few years ago, I got a CD and I could install the program on my computer and run the program online on my iPad, I can still run matlab on my iPad but I don't have my old computer. How can I install the program on my MacBook Pro or run online with it? I have the license number of the program but not the CD kiva.

Have you tried the download page? Is your license bound to this account?

The downloads page that Walter linked should resolve your issue if your account is tied to the license.

The supported Mac OS versions for release R2013a are 10.9 (Mavericks), 10.8 (Mountain Lion), and 10.7.4+ (Lion) according to the System Requirements page. In addition release R2013a is only supported on Intel-based Macs.
If you're trying to install it on an Apple Silicon-based Mac that won't work.
If you're trying to install it on a newer OS version it may not work.

I recommend contacting Customer Service directly using the Contact Support link under the Get Support heading at the end of this page to discuss what your options are.

I already showed you in https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1884237-i-can-not-run-installning-file#comment_2535877 how to get past the message about unknown developer. As well as my own description, I pointed you to the official Apple support page dealing with that issue.
