Can't install matlab drive connector

Hi,

I've been trying to dowload the matlab drive connector via the instructions from this page: https://de.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_env/install-matlab-drive.html

But none of the two ways worked for me. If I try to install it directly from Matlab, nothing happens after I click on the install button. I've tried to restart my latop&matlab, nothing changed. And if I try to install it from the download file, it keeps on loading for ages saying that it's installing without nothing happening. I've already looked up the problem but none of the recommended solution worked out for me.

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Leo, are there any error logs after you click the install button ? You can find them here

In case there are any and as you have none of the recommended solutions work, you can contact Installation Support

I've already looked up the log-thing (it was on another community post). Thing is, there is no MATLABConnector folder in my case, he doesn't even get created...

for me, it was the credentials that were somehow bad. I had to delete them and try again following this:
