how to simulate in matlab for transfering information between two nodes in a network

i m working on nodes in network can anyone help me how to pass information (audio ,video)between two nodesand also to find the propogation delay, packet loss and jitter when it is transmitted in a wireless medium.............. pls its very urgent so kindly any1 reply
