SimMechanics link to Solidworks

successfully completed the smlink_linksw and SimMechanics appears in the add-ins at Solidworks. However the SimMechanics tab does not show up in the menu at Solidworks. see attached file please advise ?

You need to have an assembly file open to see the SimMechanics Link menu. This is largely because SimMechanics Link exports assemblies only (and not parts).
