Simulink-Project... is there a way to deactivate pop-up question?

We just started using Simulink Project. When a model is opened that is part of the project, a pop- up will show up if we want to open just the model, or load the entire project.
Is there a default setting to deactivate that behavior?
We have many examples where we run simulink and open models programmatically, in various batch modes. So blocking on a pop-up each time is not an option.

I have never noticed this happening programmatically. If you really see that, let us know.
A little more investigration showed that
  • load_system() and open_system() do not exhibit the behavior (no pop-up)
  • but open() does produce the pop-up
we only had one instance where we are using open() and we are currenty looking what that was, and if it can be replaced by open_system or load_system
It happens in R2021B also with open(). That should be fine since open() seems to be intended to be the same as opening the model for user editing and using. It does not appear to be a purely programmatic function.
I am getting below pop up while opening simulink model file every time. How to disable this pop-up.

Summarizing the answer myself here:
Turns out that only open() has this behavior, load_system() and open_system() do not.
It is acceptable to say that in a programmatic context only the latter two should be used, which mitigates the problem.
