I'm using wavelet transofrmation for feature extraction of medical image. So I will have 2-D feature. I have around 890 image. How to feed this 3-d matrix to SVM?

yes, sir,as fitcsvm input,we can make the feature to vector, and reshape the features as matrix to train SVM model

Thank you for your response!
So you are saying I have to reshape 2-D wavelet feature to a vector?
